Cancellation Policy
Chateau de Beauty LLC asks that you give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel appointments. All the appointment cancellations made within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service cost. In the event of a No-Call / No-Show, you will be charged 100% of the service before being able to reschedule. If you’re running late, please let Chateau de Beauty LLC know as soon as possible. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not spoken with Chateau de Beauty LLC, it will be considered a No-Call / No-Show and will be charged accordingly and reschedule.
